Power Testing
一、Program Overview
This solution is based on Puzhi Zynq7020 stamp hole
development board and AD7606, the power line detection system implemented for
real-time monitoring and analysis of power line parameters.
二、Key features:
1.Power parameter acquisition: acquisition of parameters such as voltage,
current and power of power lines.
2.Real-time monitoring and analysis: real-time monitoring and analysis of
collected power parameters to detect abnormalities and faults.
3.Data storage and transmission: store the collected data and support data
transmission to the cloud or other devices.
4.User interface and report generation: Provide a user-friendly interface
that enables users to easily view and analyze power parameters and generate
reports.
5.Security and stability: ensure data security and system stability.
三 Hardware design:
1.Puzhi Zynq7020 stamp hole development board: using Xilinx Zynq SOC, which
includes a resource-rich FPGA part, dual-core A9, etc., in order to realize
advanced embedded applications and real-time data processing capabilities.
2.AD7606 module: for the acquisition of power parameters such as voltage
and current.
3.Power management: design an efficient power management system to ensure
the stable operation and reliability of the system.
四、Software design:
1.Embedded operating system: Use an embedded operating system (e.g., Linux)
to run high-level applications and data processing algorithms.
2.Data processing algorithms: Develop data processing algorithms, including
filtering, power calculation and anomaly detection, in order to realize
real-time monitoring and analysis of power parameters.
3.User interface: Design user-friendly interface that allows users to
easily view and analyze power parameters and provide interactive functions.
五、Testing and Validation:
1.Functional testing: comprehensive functional testing of the power line
detection system, including parameter acquisition, real-time monitoring and
data transmission and other aspects of the test.
2.Performance test: assess the performance of the system, including the
acquisition speed, data processing speed and response time and other indicators
of the test.
3.Integration testing: Integration testing with other equipment to ensure
compatibility and interoperability between the system and other equipment.
六、Documentation and Certification:
1.Technical documentation: the preparation of detailed technical
documentation, including hardware and software design instructions, user
manuals and so on.
2.Certification and compliance: Ensure that the power line inspection
system meets relevant certification and compliance requirements.
七、Production and Maintenance:
1.Production readiness: Prepare the production process to ensure the
quality and scalability of the modules.
2.Remote maintenance: implementation of remote equipment monitoring and
maintenance functions to ensure system stability and availability.
